In the green heart of Italy, for more than four hundred years, Terre Francescane has dedicated itself with infinite passion to the cultivation and harvesting of the olives that grow on the rocky hills of Umbria. Our roots go back as far as 1639, when – according to an ancient inscription found at the entrance of the mill – the Gradassi family started the olive pressing activity, which has been handed down, from generation to generation, until today.
