MISCUSI, an Italian restaurant chain founded in 2017 by Alberto Cartasegna and Filippo Mottolese, exists to make people happy by spreading the Mediterranean lifestyle: quality ingredients and simple recipes blended with conviviality, inclusivity and caring of the environment. Miscusi menu is based on fresh pasta, with different grains and condiments conceived to be good for people and for the planet.
I wanted to create a concept that could speak to everyone: pasta is happiness, sharing, spontaneity.
